SWEET COUSINS

Once upon a time I met a really sweet friend named Courtney through blogging. She is beautiful and has a really beautiful family too! When she asked me to take pictures of her three little ones with their two cousins, I jumped on the chance! We had a crazy and fun morning with lots of laughing and playing together, and just a few teeny tiny meltdowns. It was a rainy day, so we tried to catch a few outside shots in between raindrops, but spent most of our time together in Courtney's cozy little cottage, which you can see little peeks of on her blog and at Farm Chick's this weekend where she has a booth!

BOB + ANDI | ENGAGEMENT

 

 I first met Andi through her sister Christa, who is a dear friend of mine. This last autumn, Christa's sweet baby girl, Ella, was in the NICU, so I got to know all of her family a little bit better as we rallied together to support Christa and her husband + two little boys.

Then a few months ago, Andi contacted me about shooting her and her fiance Bob's upcoming wedding. Their wedding in June will be the very first wedding I have ever photographed and needless to say, I am thrilled and honored (and of course, a bit nervous!) about the privilege of sharing in their special day!

A couple of weekends ago, we met on an unexpectedly sunny Saturday afternoon to take some engagement photos and get to know each other a little better before their wedding. Bob and Andi are seriously one of the most fun couples ever! I loved getting the opportunity to capture their love for each other and for Gage (Andi's son). They had so many fun ideas and locations picked out for our shoot. They are such a sweet family!
